Frames: Formed type 304 or 316 stainless steel channel side frames with welded square tube cross braces, flat bars and UHMW-PE snap-on wear strips.

 

Belting:  Various styles of plastic modular designs or stainless steel construction

 

Belt Return:  Ball-n-Sokit ^tm rollers, solid Lubra-Tuf ^tm  rollers or UHMW-PE  wear-strips.

 

Supports: 1 1/2”  stainless steel square tube with adjustable all thread or round pipe feet.

Slider Bed Belt Conveyors

Formed type 304 or 316 stainless steel smooth, dimpled  or troughed bed.

 

Drive:  Shaft Mounted  or Underneath Mounted End Drive or Center Drive.

 

Pulleys:  Machined PVC or stainless steel materials.

 

Belts:  PVC or Urethane materials (as required).

 

Return Rollers: Ball-n-Sokit ^tm or round shafts with drilled and tapped ends.

 

Supports: 1 1/2” stainless steel square tube with adjustable all thread or round pipe feet.
